Delivery Partner Terms

Last Updated: September 5, 2026

These Delivery Partner Terms and Conditions (“Delivery Partner Terms”) govern the registration, onboarding, access, and use of the SwaadSathi™ Delivery Partner Platform by delivery persons associated with SwaadSathi (“Delivery Partner”, “you”, or “your”).

The SwaadSathi Platform is operated and managed by Workfeast Technologies Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

SwaadSathi™ is a brand owned by Adarsh Kumar Sharma and is used by Workfeast Technologies Private Limited with the authorization of the brand owner.

These Terms should be read together with any onboarding form, commercial arrangement, service agreement, incentive policy, payout policy, operational guideline, or other agreement separately accepted or executed by the Delivery Partner.

Where a separate written agreement contains specific commercial or engagement terms, those specific terms shall apply to the extent relevant.

1. Eligibility

To register as a Delivery Partner, you must:

  • Be legally eligible to perform delivery services;
  • Meet applicable minimum-age requirements;
  • Possess a valid mobile number;
  • Have access to a compatible smartphone;
  • Provide accurate identification and onboarding information;
  • Maintain any licence, registration, insurance, or vehicle documentation required by applicable law for the vehicle being used;
  • Complete applicable verification and onboarding requirements.

Registration does not automatically guarantee activation or continued access to delivery opportunities.

2. Registration and Verification

  • Other documents reasonably required for onboarding, verification, payment, safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

You confirm that all information and documents submitted are authentic, valid, accurate, and belong to you where required.

You must promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate, expired, suspended, revoked, or invalid.

3. Delivery Partner Account

Your Delivery Partner account is personal to you.

You must not:

  • Allow another person to use your account;
  • Share OTPs or login credentials;
  • Impersonate another Delivery Partner;
  • Use forged or altered documents;
  • Operate multiple accounts fraudulently;
  • Transfer or sell your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device.

The SwaadSathi Delivery Partner application may allow you to:

  • Go online/offline;
  • Receive delivery requests;
  • Accept or reject eligible assignments;

  • Contact customers or restaurants where necessary;
  • View earnings or settlement information;
  • Access support.

Available functionality may change periodically.

5. Location Information

The Delivery Partner application may collect precise or approximate location information where required for Platform operations.

Location information may be used to:

  • Determine your availability;
  • Identify nearby delivery opportunities;
  • Assign deliveries;
  • Provide navigation;
  • Track an active order;
  • Display delivery progress to customers;
  • Estimate pickup and delivery times;
  • Verify delivery activity;
  • Investigate complaints;
  • Detect fraud, manipulation, or misuse;
  • Improve safety and operational efficiency.

Certain Delivery Partner functions may require location access while you are online or completing an active delivery.

You should not manipulate, spoof, falsify, or interfere with device location information.

6. Delivery Assignments

Delivery opportunities may depend on factors including:

  • Your location;
  • Availability;
  • Restaurant location;
  • Customer location;
  • Delivery distance;
  • Current demand;
  • Operational requirements;
  • Previous accepted assignments;
  • Other Platform-related factors.

Availability of delivery assignments or any minimum volume of work is not guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.

7. Accepting an Order

Before accepting an assignment, you should review available information relating to the delivery.

Once an assignment is accepted, you should make reasonable efforts to complete the delivery correctly and without unnecessary delay.

Repeatedly accepting orders without intending or being able to complete them may be treated as misuse of the Platform.

8. Pickup from Restaurant or Merchant

At pickup, you should:

  • Reach the correct restaurant or merchant;
  • Verify the applicable order number or pickup information;
  • Collect only the assigned order;
  • Check that the package appears appropriately sealed or packed;
  • Confirm pickup through the application where required.

Delivery Partners should not ordinarily open sealed food packages.

If there is an apparent packaging problem, missing package, or order discrepancy, contact the restaurant or SwaadSathi Support before leaving the pickup location where reasonably possible.

9. Handling of Orders

Delivery Partners must handle customer orders with reasonable care.

You should:

  • Keep food packages reasonably secure;
  • Avoid unnecessary opening or interference;
  • Prevent avoidable leakage, crushing, contamination, or damage;
  • Maintain appropriate hygiene while handling deliveries;
  • Use suitable delivery bags/equipment where applicable;
  • Avoid placing food in unhygienic locations;
  • Deliver the order to the intended customer or authorized recipient.

Tampering with customer food, packaging, or products is prohibited.

10. Delivery to Customer

You should make reasonable efforts to:

  • Follow the delivery location provided through the Platform;
  • Use navigation appropriately;
  • Contact the customer only where reasonably necessary for delivery;
  • Follow reasonable delivery instructions;
  • Verify delivery where required;
  • Mark the order delivered only after actual completion.

You must not falsely mark an undelivered order as delivered.

11. Contactless Delivery

Where contactless delivery is requested, you should follow the customer's reasonable instructions and leave the order at the designated safe location where practicable.

Where the Platform requires delivery confirmation, the applicable procedure should still be completed.

12. Customer Privacy

During a delivery you may receive limited customer information, such as:

  • Customer name;
  • Mobile/contact details;

This information may only be used for legitimate delivery purposes.

Serious misconduct may result in immediate restriction while the matter is investigated.

14. Conduct at Restaurants

Delivery Partners must treat restaurant employees, merchants, security personnel, customers, and other Delivery Partners respectfully.

You must not:

  • Threaten restaurant staff;
  • Damage restaurant property;
  • Create unnecessary disturbance;

  • Follow traffic signals;
  • Avoid dangerous driving;
  • Avoid using a handheld phone while driving where prohibited or unsafe;

  • Driving licence;
  • Registration certificate;
  • Insurance;
  • Pollution certificate where applicable;
  • Other legally required vehicle documentation.

You are also responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is reasonably roadworthy and suitable for the delivery activity being performed.

Company-issued property, if any, remains subject to the applicable issue/return conditions.

  • Correctly record payment;
  • Safeguard collected cash;
  • Deposit/remit amounts according to the prescribed process;
  • Not retain or misuse Company/customer funds;

  • Directly in cash;
  • Digitally through the Platform;
  • Through another supported method.

Fraudulent orders or manipulated activities will not qualify for incentives.

  • Adjustments;
  • COD reconciliation;
  • Applicable deductions;

  • Taxes or withholding where required by law;

  • Customer cannot be contacted;
  • Customer provides an incorrect address;
  • Location is inaccessible;
  • Customer refuses delivery;
  • Another operational problem occurs;

  • Settlements;
  • Fraud investigations;
  • Confidential information;
  • Customer data;
  • Legal obligations.

35. Employment or Engagement Status
