These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the SwaadSathi website, mobile applications, and related services (“Platform”).
The SwaadSathi Platform is operated and managed by Workfeast Technologies Private Limited.
By registering, accessing, ordering through, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
SwaadSathi is a technology-enabled platform facilitating discovery, ordering, payment, pickup and/or delivery of food and other eligible products from participating restaurants, merchants, sellers, and other partners.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, participating restaurants and merchants remain responsible for products prepared or supplied by them.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to independently transact through the Platform.
Where a person is not legally capable of independently entering into such an agreement, the Platform should be used under appropriate parental or legal-guardian supervision.
Users may register through a mobile number, OTP, email address, or another supported authentication method.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep relevant account information updated.
An order placed through SwaadSathi constitutes a request to purchase the selected products from the applicable restaurant or merchant.
Order fulfilment may depend upon:
An order may be declined or cancelled where fulfilment is not reasonably possible.
Participating restaurants and merchants are responsible for maintaining appropriate information relating to their:
Restaurants and food-business partners are responsible for complying with food-safety requirements applicable to their operations.
Customers with allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions should carefully review available product information and contact the restaurant where necessary before ordering.
Restaurant environments may involve shared preparation areas. SwaadSathi cannot independently guarantee that restaurant-prepared products are completely free from specific allergens or cross-contamination.

The applicable total will ordinarily be displayed before the customer confirms the order.
Available payment methods may include:
Online payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.
A debit from a customer's account does not by itself guarantee successful order creation. Customers should verify order confirmation through the Platform.
Coupons, offers, discounts, and promotional credits may be subject to:
Promotional benefits generally cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated or required by law.
Cancellation eligibility depends upon the order status.
Once a restaurant has accepted and begun preparing an order, cancellation may be restricted because costs may already have been incurred.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Delivery times shown through the Platform are estimates.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and remaining reasonably reachable during delivery.

Where SwaadSathi permits ratings, reviews, photographs, comments, or other content, users must ensure that such content is lawful and does not violate third-party rights.
We may moderate or remove content that violates applicable laws or Platform policies.
SwaadSathi™ and the associated brand identity are owned by Adarsh Kumar Sharma and are used by Workfeast Technologies Private Limited with authorization from the brand owner.
The Platform software, applications, databases, technology, designs, content, graphics, and other materials may be owned by Workfeast Technologies Private Limited, the brand owner, their licensors, or other respective rights holders, as applicable.
Nothing on the Platform grants users or partners ownership or authorization to use the SwaadSathi name, logo, branding, software, or other intellectual property except where expressly authorized.
The Platform may use services provided by third parties including:
The respective third-party terms and policies may apply to their services.
We aim to provide reliable Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, updates, network failures, third-party outages, security incidents, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Workfeast Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary because of:

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and other mandatory jurisdiction requirements, disputes relating to the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
