1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, browsing, or using SwaadSathi, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any updates posted on the platform.

2. Our Services

SwaadSathi acts as an intermediary between customers, restaurants, and delivery partners.

We facilitate food ordering, restaurant management, and delivery services.

SwaadSathi is not responsible for the quality, taste, or preparation of food, which remains the responsibility of the restaurant.

3. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate personal and delivery details.
Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
Do not misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
Ensure timely payment for all orders placed.

4. Restaurant Partners

Restaurants must ensure that all food items comply with health and safety standards.
Prices, taxes, and menu availability are set by the restaurants.
Restaurants are responsible for timely preparation and handover of food.

5. Delivery Partners

Delivery partners act as independent contractors.
They are responsible for safe and timely delivery of orders.
Any misconduct or service issues can lead to termination of access to the platform.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments can be made via online modes or cash on delivery (if available).
Refunds are subject to restaurant policies and SwaadSathi’s discretion in case of failed orders, wrong deliveries, or technical errors.
Delivery charges, platform fees, or surge charges may apply.

7. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order before the restaurant accepts it.
Once accepted, cancellation is subject to restaurant approval.
SwaadSathi reserves the right to cancel any order in case of unavailability or technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

SwaadSathi is not responsible for:

Delay in deliveries caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
The taste, quality, or freshness of food items.
Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on SwaadSathi belong to the company and cannot be used without prior permission.

10. Amendments

SwaadSathi may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the changes.

Refund Policy

At SwaadSathi, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we partner with independent restaurants and delivery partners, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness for all parties.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before the restaurant starts preparing the food.
Once the restaurant has accepted and begun preparing the order, cancellations may not be possible.
If an order is cancelled before preparation, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method or SwaadSathi Wallet (if applicable).

2. Returns

As food items are perishable, returned food cannot be accepted after delivery.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:

Incorrect food items delivered.
Missing items in your order.
Food is damaged, spilled, or not fit for consumption upon delivery.
Order is cancelled by the restaurant or SwaadSathi.
Payment is deducted but the order was not confirmed.
Significant delivery issues caused by SwaadSathi or the delivery partner.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be provided if:

You change your mind after the restaurant has started preparing the order.
The delivery address or contact information provided is incorrect.
The delivery partner is unable to deliver due to the customer's unavailability.
Minor differences in taste, spice level, or presentation that are within the restaurant's normal standards.

5. Reporting an Issue

If you experience any issue with your order:

Report it through the SwaadSathi app or website within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide your Order ID, a description of the issue, and photographs (if applicable).
Our support team will review your request and may contact you for additional information.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days for online payments.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Wallet refunds, if applicable, may be processed instantly or within 24 hours.

7. Restaurant Responsibility

Food quality and preparation are the responsibility of the respective restaurant. However, SwaadSathi will assist customers in resolving genuine complaints and ensure a fair resolution.
